Complete the report
Consolidate the executive narrative, achievements and supporting evidence. Record any gaps, outstanding inputs and future deliverables in an action register rather than holding back the report.
OUR WORK
DMNF is currently prioritising heritage and evidence-led reporting alongside enterprise and accountability: completing the executive report without waiting for longer-term items, and building accountable partnerships and viable community enterprise opportunities.
HERITAGE & REPORTING
Finalise the executive report now, using the verified material available and clearly distinguishing completed work from actions that are still in progress.
Consolidate the executive narrative, achievements and supporting evidence. Record any gaps, outstanding inputs and future deliverables in an action register rather than holding back the report.
Continue responsible storytelling, archive preservation and The Empty Suitcase project as separate ongoing workstreams.

Develop sustainable community enterprise opportunities and ensure that donor resources are managed transparently and effectively.
Investigate a community-based manufacturing initiative before committing to machinery. Assess product safety, applicable regulation, equipment and maintenance, premises, utilities, raw materials, operator skills, unit economics, demand, distribution and competition.
Seek at least three comparable supplier quotations where practicable, confirm standards and testing with competent authorities, and develop a costed business case. Procurement proceeds only if technical support, funding, product quality and a credible buyer/distribution route are demonstrated.
Before production, train and assess operators, establish health-and-safety and documented quality controls, and test prospective demand with schools, community organisations, retailers and other buyers. Any scale-up depends on feasibility and pilot evidence.
Undertake partner due diligence, agree roles in writing and maintain secure records of contributions, spending, distributions and outcomes. Provide donors with scheduled narrative and financial reports and suitable evidence of results.
Keep restricted donor funds separate from trading income. Apply procurement controls, documented approvals, reconciliations, complaints and feedback procedures, conflict-of-interest declarations and privacy safeguards, including consent for identifiable stories and photographs.
PROVISIONAL MILESTONES
Complete the sanitary-pad enterprise feasibility study, with a written report and board decision.
At least three comparable quotations where practicable, plus a costed operating model and approved business case before machinery procurement.
Submit all agreed reports on time and retain submission records and report copies.
Target at least four active signed MOUs or contracts across the Foundation's programmes.
Support every programme transaction with invoices, approvals, bank records and reconciliations.
These are provisional planning targets, not claims of completed activity.
